LICENSE AGREEMENT
------------------------------------------
This is freeware. No modifications may be done to any files in the zip file, unless all references in nature of 'by Norbert Zatorski' are removed. In any modification, 'Number Decipher' and 'Norbert Zatorski (never_ending@technologist.com)' must be referenced as helpers with an appropriate percentage (it is better to play it safe by giving a generous percentage) of the new program (ex.- "Number Decipher is where 5% of my program came from").
The 'helper reference' described above must be located (but not limited to, since at least one reference must be made) anywhere that the author of the new program is given credit.
If modifications are done, Norbert Zatorski at never_ending@technologist.com must be notified and given a free copy (at least for a reasonable amount of time) of modified program. No known modifications exist currently.
Modification as stated here is considered to be utilizing the program's structure. Copying ideas (either its purpose or interface, not both) would not be considered a modification.
